The Julbo Renegade M is a versatile sport sunglass in black with red accents that moves from a morning trail run to lunch on a terrace without a change of eyewear. Behind its urban, squared-off look sits real performance: photochromic Reactiv lenses that darken or lighten automatically between category 1 and category 3 as light conditions change, a wide field of vision and a secure, non-slip fit.

The lenses are made from Trivex, a lightweight material that is impact resistant and optically clear. An internal anti-fog coating keeps vision clear on humid climbs and an external oil-repellent treatment makes fingerprints and sweat easy to wipe away. The wraparound front adds side protection from sun and wind.

Comfort comes from a flexible, shock-absorbing nose insert and Julbo’s Grip Tech temple tips, a soft material that holds on without sticking to hair. At only 25 grams the frame is easy to forget during long efforts, making it ideal for trail running, mountain biking, hiking and cross-country skiing.
